As a founder, going through the fundraising process can be incredibly frustrating. That's why we're hosting a live pitch event for founders. And it's FREE to attend. Up to 6 founders will be picked and have 2.5 minutes to pitch a panel of investors from Hustle Fund's Angel Squad. The investors will ask follow-up questions and offer feedback to the founders.... just like in a real VC meeting! By the end of this event, you'll have a deeper understanding of why investors decide to invest in a company (or not). And the winner takes home a prize.","access":{"free":null,"application_required":null},"audience_roles":["founders","investors"],"audience_orientation":null,"company_stage":null,"interaction":["pitch_demo"],"topics":["fundraising"],"modality":"in_person","meal_context":"none","series":null,"mentions":[{"text":"Hustle Fund","kind":"organization","subtype":"fund","role":"organizer"},{"text":"Hustle Fund's Angel Squad","kind":"organization","subtype":"community","role":"sponsor"}],"sources":[{"id":"nextnyc","class":"newsletter","publisher":"nextNYC","first_observed_at":"2025-03-17T11:45:08.0000000Z","last_observed_at":"2025-03-24T11:45:23.0000000Z"},{"id":"nycb2b","class":"newsletter","publisher":"NYC B2B","first_observed_at":"2025-02-28T14:03:13.0000000Z","last_observed_at":"2025-03-20T13:03:06.0000000Z"}],"discovery":{"first_party":[],"newsletter":["nextnyc","nycb2b"],"provider":null},"basis":{"audience_roles":{"founders":"observed","investors":"observed"},"topics":{"fundraising":"inferred"},"audience_orientation":null,"company_stage":null,"interaction":"observed","modality":"default"},"canonical_url":null,"first_seen":"2025-02-28T14:03:13.0000000Z","last_seen":"2025-03-24T11:45:23.0000000Z","observation_count":6}
